National Day Holiday Notice

According to the company’s annual holiday plan, ALRT GRILLS will observe a unified seven-day company holiday. The exact Holiday Period should be replaced with the dates in the company’s final official notice before publication. Offices and non-production departments will follow the unified seven-day holiday schedule. The manufacturing workshop will take a five-day holiday and production break based on its production plan, then resume on the first scheduled working day after the workshop break. This arrangement gives our team time to rest while allowing production recovery to connect with confirmed orders and delivery requirements.

During the holiday, our sales team can still receive customer inquiries, project files and preliminary requirements. Customers may continue to send the product model, dimensions, quantity, target market, delivery requirements or drawings. We will register and reply to messages according to the holiday duty and internal coordination schedule. Formal quotations, engineering reviews, sample approvals, contract approvals and detailed production scheduling may be handled after the holiday or when the responsible colleagues return. The exact Production Resumes date should follow the company notice.

Production Arrangement Before the Holiday

Before the National Day holiday, the ALRT GRILLS factory is organizing work according to confirmed orders and delivery requirements. We do not treat the pre-holiday period simply as a rush to finish everything before closing. Instead, production planning, material preparation, quality checks and logistics coordination are connected so each order reaches the right stage in an orderly way. This reduces handover risk around the holiday and gives customers a clearer view of order progress.

For Grill Production, the team is arranging the sequence for built-in gas grills, charcoal grills, stainless steel BBQ grills, side burners and related outdoor kitchen cabinets. Projects with different configurations, finishes or packaging requirements are scheduled according to material readiness, process capacity and delivery milestones. This helps prevent mixed materials, mixed revisions or unclear order ownership.

Packing is another important pre-holiday activity. After assembly and required checks, the factory prepares protective materials, labels and packing lists according to product structure, surface condition and transport method. For export orders, Container Loading is included in the plan in advance. Pallets, carton counts, loading sequence and available container space are checked to reduce the risk of impact, rubbing and counting errors during transport.

For Material Preparation, engineering, purchasing and warehouse teams check sheet metal, hardware, burner systems, packaging materials and other project items. Customer Order Scheduling records the order revision, sample status, bulk quantity, target delivery and open questions. When an order is still under confirmation before the holiday, we will identify its current status and the information needed from the customer, so the project does not have to be explained from the beginning after the holiday.

What We Manufacture

ALRT GRILLS is a manufacturing factory for grilling equipment and outdoor kitchen products serving global markets. We support standard production as well as OEM / ODM grill manufacturing projects. Our product and manufacturing scope includes:

We pay attention to the connection between drawings, samples, bills of materials, inspection requirements and packaging plans, helping each product move smoothly from factory production to customer assembly, sales and end use.

After the Holiday

After the National Day holiday, ALRT GRILLS will gradually resume work according to the production plan. Customer communication, engineering coordination and order-status confirmation will restart first, followed by specific projects based on material readiness, sample status and production conditions. For projects already in development, we will continue Sample Development, including structural confirmation, functional communication, appearance details and sample feedback.

Bulk Production will be scheduled according to approved samples, drawings and order requirements. During production, the factory will continue to monitor critical dimensions, assembly relationships, functional performance and appearance requirements. Quality Inspection will be completed according to the project needs, followed by packing, quantity and label checks and Shipment Arrangement.

Orders that have completed material preparation, production or packing before the holiday will continue from their current stage after the holiday. Projects waiting for customer confirmation will be rescheduled after complete information is received. If your project has a specific vessel schedule, promotion plan or launch date, please mention it in your inquiry during the holiday so sales, engineering, production and logistics teams can evaluate the follow-up together.
