As a professional gas grill manufacturer, we offer packaging solutions tailored to samples, air-freight orders and container shipments. Each method is designed to improve product stability and reduce damage during handling and transportation.
Custom-molded foam inserts secure the grill and its components inside the carton, helping reduce movement, scratches and impact damage during handling and transportation.
Wooden crate packaging is recommended for samples, fragile products and items that may be more vulnerable to impact during air freight.
For air-freight shipments, the total package height is controlled within 1.5 meters. Stainless-steel corner protectors are installed around the package to reinforce exposed edges and reduce damage caused by frequent handling.
For container shipments, stretch film is wrapped around the cartons or pallets to secure the load, reduce lateral movement during sea transportation and improve overall stability.

We understand that choosing a new overseas supplier is a major decision. Before placing an order, you are welcome to speak directly with our team and ask detailed questions about our company, products, manufacturing process and OEM capabilities. We can also arrange a live video tour of our showroom, production workshop and assembly lines, so you can see our facilities and products for yourself. If you prefer to visit in person, we would be happy to welcome you to our factory. Wuxi Shuofang International Airport and Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport both provide convenient access.
Yes. We have experience supporting certification for gas grills in different markets. The exact requirements depend on the destination country, product model and final configuration, so we review these details at the beginning of each project. For OEM orders, certification under your own brand may also be possible, subject to the applicable certification rules. Our team will work with you to confirm the relevant standards, testing requirements, product configuration and certification process before production begins.
Absolutely. You do not need a finished design to start an OEM or ODM project with us. Tell us about your target market, preferred grill size, burner layout, required functions, design direction, target price range and brand positioning. From there, our design and engineering team can help turn your ideas into a workable product. We can support the development of the grill body, hood, control panel, handles, knobs, burner system, cooking grates, lighting, branding and packaging. Our team can stay involved from the initial concept and engineering work through prototyping, approval and mass production.
If a problem occurs, we first work to identify the cause. We may ask you to provide photos, videos, batch or serial information, and a description of how the issue occurred. Our quality and technical teams will review the information and recommend the most appropriate next step. Depending on the findings, support may include replacement parts, technical guidance or a repair solution. If the issue is confirmed to be manufacturing-related, we will agree on a practical resolution with you and take corrective action in production to help prevent it from happening again.
There is no single MOQ for every OEM project; it depends on how much customization is required. If you choose one of our existing grill platforms and only change the logo, packaging, color or selected components, the order quantity can usually be more flexible. A fully custom product involving new tooling, structural development, special components or certification will generally require a higher volume. We normally recommend starting with a sample or prototype, then confirming the MOQ once the final specification and scope of customization are clear.
Yes. In fact, we recommend approving a sample before mass production, particularly for OEM and ODM projects. A sample gives you the opportunity to evaluate the materials, finish, dimensions, burner performance, cooking functions, branding, packaging and overall user experience. If anything needs to be adjusted, we can review the changes with you and confirm them before the product moves into mass production.
The timeline depends on the scope of the project. Customizing an existing platform with a new logo, finish, knobs, burner configuration or packaging is generally faster. A completely new grill that requires structural engineering, tooling, electronics, testing or certification will naturally take longer.
Yes. Private-label branding is a core part of our OEM service. Depending on the design, your logo can be applied as a metal badge, embossed or cast mark, control-panel graphic, knob marking or branded thermometer. We can also customize product labels, cartons, manuals and other packaging materials. Beyond adding a logo, we can help coordinate colors, finishes and visual details so the grill and its packaging present a consistent brand identity.
We select the packaging method according to the grill, order type and shipping route. Standard products are packed in cartons with custom-molded foam inserts to hold the grill and its components securely in place. Wooden crates are generally recommended for samples, fragile products and air-freight items that need additional impact protection. For air freight, the total packed height is kept within 1.5 metres, with stainless steel corner protectors fitted around the package to reinforce exposed edges. For container shipments, cartons or pallets are tightly wrapped and secured with stretch film to improve stability and reduce side-to-side movement at sea. Each solution is designed to limit movement, scratches and impact damage during handling and transportation.
